Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PodcastElitePro services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
PodcastElitePro provides professional podcast production, marketing, and growth services. Our services include but are not limited to audio editing, content strategy, brand development, and monetization consulting.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and ensuring that all content you provide complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services. We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, tools, and technologies.
Limitation of Liability
PodcastElitePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will receive any completed work, and we will delete your personal information according to our privacy policy.
